Cancellations or modifications must be made in writing via email: fuerteventuratouristguide@gmail.com. Cancellations or changes made verbally will not be accepted.
- Cancellations 24 hours in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellations after this period: There is no refund or possibility of changing the date, except in the following cases:
- Pandemic situation with official restrictions.
- Red level weather alert.
- Presentation of an official medical certificate.
For all other cancellations, no refund will be made.
Payment method
- 50 % when making the reservation.
- 50 % remaining one month before the activity.
Discounts (not cumulative)
- 10 % discount only for groups of more than 10 people.
Activity Schedules
- Start of excursions: According to availability and programming.
- Completion: According to the schedule established for each activity.
